Welcome to Themis. We provide support and guidance to people working in the cultural and media sectors, independently, across organizations, and free of charge. We offer both legal and psychological assistance to those affected, witnesses, and employers.

We provide counselling and advice on issues of sexual harassment and violence in the workplace, based on the provisions of the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG).

Alongside its counselling services, Themis provides training and awareness programmes on preventing sexual harassment in the workplace within the cultural sector.
