Preventing sexual harassment in the workplace

Themis offers prevention seminars on sexual harassment in the workplace within the arts and media industry. We provide workshops for employers, employees, and freelancers. Our online seminars are held regularly and are usually led by a lawyer and a psychologist.

In this interactive webinar, we offer psychological and legal content tailored to the perspective of cultural workers, focusing on sexual boundary violations in the workplace.
We explain which rights employees have under the General Equal Treatment Act (AGG) and what support can look like in the form of counseling or filing a complaint. Together, we explore what collegial solidarity requires and how those affected can be supported with empathy.
We discuss possible courses of action and case examples, clarify open questions, and engage in guided reflection exercises. There is also an opportunity to exchange ideas with other participants in small groups.
